I have lived in the valley my
entire life, growing up in North Bridgton, Maine and
moving to New Hampshire in 1983. I spent several years
as a police officer in Maine prior to taking a job with
the Conway Police Department in the early 1980’s. This
is where I first met my Law Partner, Bill Albrecht.
After several years with Conway Police Department and
then the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, with the
support of my family I attended Law School. Upon
passing the New Hampshire and Maine Bar, I practiced Law
with a firm in Ossipee for 5 years.
In 2002
my wife Vicki and I opened a private law practice and a
title company, Alpine Title Services, Inc. in Chocorua.
In 2005, we purchased the building we are in today,
moving the Law Practice and Title Company.
My
practice areas are concentrated on real estate,
including subdivision, development issues, planning and
zoning along with probate and estate matters and
business entities such as corporations and LLC’s.
In my
spare time I serve on several local non profit boards as
either a volunteer, director or chair and am an
instructor for real estate related courses which are
offered to both those in the profession and for people
who are entering the market for the first time. I enjoy
spending time with my wife Vicki, our daughter Kathryn,
son Matthew and our two dogs, Oliver and Josie. The
Mount Washington Valley is a great place to raise a
family and work.
